The original branding lacks differentiation from other eco-friendly brands, using very generic green color palettes and shapes. This greatly impedes the brand from forming an emotional connection with their target participants.
Through extensive ethnographic researches and interviews, we gained tremendous insights into Loopick’s participants and consolidated these feedback with the brand visions. Through strategic brand positioning, Loopick outshines its competitors with much optimism, warmth, and professionalism.
Loopick also commissioned us to develop a much more automated brand operation experience by examining and enhancing the user journey map.
