Brand Differentiation &
User Experience

The original branding lacks differentiation from other eco-friendly brands, using very generic green color palettes and shapes. This greatly impedes the brand  from forming an emotional connection with their target participants.

Through extensive ethnographic researches and interviews, we gained tremendous insights into Loopick’s participants and consolidated these feedback with the brand visions. Through strategic brand positioning, Loopick outshines its competitors with much optimism, warmth, and professionalism.

Loopick also commissioned us to develop a much more automated brand operation experience by examining and enhancing the user journey map.

Brand Identity

Redefining Eco-Friendliness
through Optimism & Innovation

Instead of retaining the subdued green color palette, we imbued the color of optimism and warmth into the redesigned logo. To avoid the negative connotation that some may perceive in the original logo design, we connected the characters ‘o’ and ‘p’ to emphasize innovative operations in a sustainable way. The mixed letter case and the subtle slant in the type design also convey the brand's core values and its vivacity for social change.

Renewed Brand Values & Identity

We orchestrated a consistent brand experience by redesigning the brand website to clearly guide its visitors through the brand’s services, credentials, and stories. Every segment of the website was aligned with the brand’s overall visual and functional experience principles. Loopick’s new website was able to seamlessly guide its customers through the key information quickly and generate a much better traction.
